Who We Are.
Carolina Cross Connection (CCC) is a non-profit organization that began in 1988. For the past 35 years, we have invested in various locations throughout North Carolina by providing free home repairs to residents and connecting churches to these local communities. We have partnered with local social service agencies to get connected with people who may need assistance. Our staff plans the projects, works closely with both the homeowner and the volunteer group to make sure the project is completed in a timely manner and meeting all safety guidelines. The labor is provided free of charge and we try to assist as many people as time and funds allow. Our groups only serve during June and July.
What We Do.
We offer FREE minor home repairs to people in various counties in North Carolina. CCC has no formal stipulations or criteria that the people we work for must meet. We will try to work with anyone who has a need regardless of age, financial situation, etc. We do not discriminate based on race or religion.

We currently serve the following 13 counties in North Carolina: Alexander, Alleghany, Ashe, Avery, portions of Burke, Caldwell, Catawba, Dare, Gaston, Lincoln, portions of Mitchell, Watauga, and Wilkes.
How to Make A Referral.
We will begin accepting referrals for Summer 2024 after April 1, 2024. You can make a referral online using the form at the bottom of this page. You can also download our referral form below, scan, and email it to us, fax it, or give us a call!

We are NOT able to perform plumbing, masonry, electrical work, floor repair, roof repair, underpinning, or other major home renovations, although we may be able to find someone to help folks out with jobs such as these. Due to COVID-19, we will not be offering any assistance with projects inside the home.
