Rules and eligibility for this offer:
- We must receive your group’s completed registration form and deposit ($79 per person) by December 31. The $299 discount will be applied to your group’s final balance.
- Please note that both registration forms and deposits must be RECEIVED by Dec. 31. In other words, they must literally be in our hands by that day. Registrations received after Dec. 31, even if they are postmarked on or before that date, will not be eligible for this offer.
- Only groups of six or more participants will be eligible for this offer. Your group must also MAINTAIN six or more participants throughout the entire 2010 season. So if you register six or more people by Dec. 31, but later on your number decreases to fewer than six people, your group will NOT receive the $299 discount.
- Any groups of fewer than six people who register by Dec. 31 will not be eligible for the discount, even if more participants are added later on.
